With over eleven years in the industry, Villegas consistently demonstrates his expertise in architectural design and construction administration.Starting his career in 2012, Andrés embarked on his professional journey with Arquiteg – Architects & Planners, a firm with a rich history spanning 32 years in Puerto Rico. He quickly advanced, gaining comprehensive insights into the construction industry and business operations. Over the years, he has overseen diverse architectural projects for private and public clients, including extensive hotel developments, historical restorations, healthcare facilities, commercial structures, residences, and office spaces.Andrés Villegas assumes a pivotal role as an architect at the firm, serving as a project manager with a high degree of autonomy. His responsibilities range from schematic design to meticulous coordination of construction drawings and construction administration. He also plays a leadership role in mentoring and motivating colleagues, maintaining client relations, ensuring compliance with the Puerto Rico Building Code and ADA regulations, researching construction methodologies and design principles, and meticulously managing project timelines.In addition to his architectural responsibilities, Villegas contributes significantly to the firm's strategic growth and development.
