As a Customer Relations Manager at Retriever I lead Retriever Finland's Customer Relations team. I am also member of the Country Management Group of Finland.My task is to ensure the best possible customer journey for our customers. Customer Relations team is responsible for onboarding new customers to Retriever's platform, developing and maintaining excellent customer relations and offering the most customer-centric service in the Media Monitoring industry.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager my responsibilities include onboarding new customers, working proactively with upsell and retention, creating and maintaining excellent relations with external stakeholders and participating in marketing activities in Finland.

I was responsible for developing trust relationships with a portfolio of Retriever's major clients. My key target was to ensure that my clients have the best customer-centric service in the media monitoring industry.

As Acting Customer Relations Manager at Retriever I led Retriever Finland's Customer Relations team. My duties included Nordic level co-operation and decision-making in order to ensure the best possible customer journey for our clients with international needs. Retriever's mission is to provide insights for better decisions and offer the most customer-centric service in the Media Monitoring industry.

I was responsible for developing trust relationships with a portfolio of Retriever's major clients. My key target was to ensure that my clients have the best customer-centric service in the media monitoring industry.

I led Media Monitoring and PR distribution projects at Cision Finland. My tasks included ensuring successful onboarding of new customers and their users, technical problem-solving and guaranteeing that Cision Finland's Media Database and Public Affairs Database are up to date.

My tasks at Cision included developing and maintenance of Cision Finland's public affairs database and media database. I also participated in sales negotiations as a database specialist. Furthermore, I was responsible for the maintenance of Cision's media monitoring sources and project management with our onboarding customers. Besides these tasks I worked in the customer service, helped with marketing research and conducted CisionPoint training sessions for our customers.I was absent from work from February 2018 to June 2018 due to my student exchange in MGIMO University.

My assignments included the maintenance of the media database, participating to the customer service and other related tasks.

As a research assistant I collected material for a study about the decision-making of the Finnish Eduskunta on the Finnish crisis management operations. The material consisted of papers on the parliamentary involvement in decision-making on individual crisis management operations through plenary and committee meetings, laws on crisis management, and ‘grand strategy’ documents since the mid-1990s. My task was to analyze this material qualitatively and to formulate a table from the statistics on plenary and committee decision-making.

Assignments included meeting preparations for the Committee of Ministers and its rapporteur groups at the Council of Europe. I participated in the meetings and made reports from them. As an assistant to the responsible office-holders, I participated in meetings of the rapporteur groups dealing with the Council of Europe's human rights, legal, political, democracy and social issues and in the EU coordination. My assignments included reporting on the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly (25.-29.1.2016), on the Supervision of execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights meeting (8.-10.3.2016) as well as on the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities (21.-24.3.2016). I was also responsible for developing the activities of the Permanent Representation related to the use of the social media, and other areas concerning the communication.

My responsibilities included taking care of young players and designing practices for them. I mainly took care of the trainings, but occasionally I guided them also in tournaments.

As a travel guide my tasks included guiding travel groups all over Catalunya and giving tours especially in Barcelona.
