CurrentWhen joining company (2016) Puuilo Group revenue was 76,5 MEUR and number of personnel ~230. During the past 6 years, Company's revenue grew to 270 MEUR and number of personnel to ~800. CFO role:-Listing the company to the Nasdaq Helsinki mainlist. Executing very succesfull IPO together with the team-All IR tasks-Establishing Financial & Business Controlling organisation from scratch-Setting up a full scale management & Board reporting from scratch-Board secretary. Presenter in the Board meetings together with CEO. Material preparations and meetings documentation.-Implementing Qlikview BI-tool and setting up state of the art financial & retail KPI-reporting -Building up large scale and efficient automated KPI reporting system for different functions (eg. finance, sales, HR and inventory reporting)-Implementation of IFRS accounts together with the team & advisors-Close co-operation with syndicate loan banks. Management of senior facilities agreements, dept raising rounds and covenants compliance & reporting.-Day-to-day co-operation with the Private Equity Investor and main owners (Adelis Equity Partners)-All shareholder transactions execution and documentation-DD processes and management-Establishing internal controls and policiesHR Director role (combined CFO & HR Director role for 4 years):-Establishing HR -organisation from scratch and leading it for 4 years-Developing strongly HR policies and processes & HR KPI's-Strong digitalization steps taken eg. fully paperless agreements etc. -Implementing several HR-systems together with the team eg.: -Recright e-recruiting system -Quinyx workforce planning system -Sympa HR system -Apprix e-learning system-HR case management & legal matters together with team and advisors-HR tasks handed over to full-time CHRO (08/2020 ->) when amount of personnel continued strong growth
