As Director, EMEA IT services, I was a Member of the Fiskars IT Management team. I was also responsible for team leadership of 18 managers and specialists in 8 countries. I oversaw all local IT services and corporate IT strategy deployment in Europe and Asia. During my time here I took over the IT responsibility of our Royal Copenhagen ceramics brand to ensure business continuity and restructured service offering and related competences in IT infrastructure service area.

As program manager I was responsible for development of global IT infrastructure services. Service portfolio included end user computing for 2500 end user workstations, network and data center services and unified communications services. During this period we initiated a program to evaluate options to improve service delivery with lower costs. This outsourcing program finally went live in August 2015.

Headlong Smart Interaction Service is an effective realtime messaging service. The service can be used to create messaging dialogues for many different purposes with many different target groups.Our clients include NOKIA, Microsoft & Itella. Solution sales deal values up to EUR 500,000. As Managing Partner, I helped establish this startup in the tech hub of Helsinki, Finland where we had development team. I am responsible for creating and implementing corporate strategy, design, development and commercialization of our products. This includes mobile research, conference interactivity and application monitoring for SMS applications. Additionally, I oversee definition and management of sales agreements, partnership agreements and supplier agreements.We have applied for a patent on “Evaluation of overall performance of interactive application service”.

Fonecta Group is a Finnish contacts and media company that is part of the European Directories Group. Fonecta's services encompass search engine marketing, customer relationship marketing, digital direct marketing and search media. The company employs about 900 people at nine locations. As Director, B2C Electronic Directory Services, I led a small team of managers, with P&L responsibility for our portfolio of B2C online and mobile directory businesses valued at EUR23m. I also launched our search engine www.fi, to the domestic market, positioning the product and participating in the product design. From launch, we enjoyed site traffic of 250,000 weekly visitors to the site. I also oversaw the company's post-acquisition of the local market leading 16400 SMS search engine business, ensuring that it complied with all Fonecta business processes. This required reviewing & re-negotiating all existing content provider agreements. 16400 SMS provides mobile phone users with instant name,, telephone number, car, tax, weather, news and bet search information.The service has over 1.5m users and has 60,000 daily searches.

As Head of Testing and Performance Engineering I was responsible for global competence center of software testing and monitoring methodologies and competences. Competence center offered services for over 200 application teams across Nokia IT globally. Competence center included over 150 professionals having either manager or specialist profiles. During the period we managed to develop and enhance critical testing methodologies and to deploy them to agreed application areas.

Nokia Corporation is a Finnish multinational communications and information technology company. In 2014, Nokia employed 61,656 people across 120 countries, conducts sales in more than 150 countries and reported annual revenues of around €12.73 billion. As Senior Manager, Nokia Global Supply Web, I was responsible for service development and delivery of internet portal application. Portal was designed to serve the communication needs in between Nokia and its component manufacturers. During the period we managed to enhance the usability of the platform in global scale and reducing the development and maintenance cost dramatically.

As manager, I was responsible of running IT projects in demand/supply planning process area. I had a team of 10 IT project managers from multiple Asian and European countries. Our job was to help Nokia to setup world class supply chain planning process capability by implementing new planning processes based on i2 Technologies.

As application specialist I was responsible of developing reports with Business Objects - Business Intelligence software for F&C, Logistics etc.. based on local ERP databases. I participated in ERP projects in Europe, Asia and Americas and delivered application trainings for end users. I also had team coordination responsibility to allocate part of the given tasks to two other team members.

As Logistics coordinator I was responsible for managing order flow of Mobile Switching and Intelligence Network products in between local subsidiaries in Asia and Europe and global product integration center in Finland. My duties included participation to company wide logistics service provider network development and ERP system reporting development.
