Perform wide variety of workout plans from inception to completion to minimize cost for the borrower and increase profit for investor and lender to include: HAMP, modifications, forbearance plans, rein-statements, cash cures, short payoffs, short sales and deed and lieu. Received inbound and make outbound calls from a portfolio queue to communicate with borrowers in delinquency. Expand communication through skip tracing tools to contact and leave message with third parties such as: relative, neighbor or employer of borrower. Expertly review borrower hardship, income and expenses to determine the most appropriate workout option. Provided borrower education regarding how to avoid further foreclosure cost and real estate owned status to maintain their property investment. Negotiated and distributed information regarding workouts to all involved parties (borrowers, attorneys, real estate brokers, REO department or third parties) to determine best resolution. Ordered as needed and review BPOs, appraisals and title searches to verify value and ownership of property.
