Understanding of competition, market and company’s position led to strategic partnerships with suppliers and customers (successful new products & materials development, sales omnichanel creation). I led companies through change (during pandemic and taking over management from shareholders) with empathy, clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, motivating employees to be part of the change by taking the responsibility and working as a team.
