- work at sales department: preparing itineraries, organizing tours, trips, reservations, - work at rent-a car as head of department- in 1993, after taking over the company of 17 employees owned by government I immediately started with the process of privatization and reorganization of the company (office renovation, financial reorganization, personnel reorganization, modernization and optimization of sales). The company which was known as a package tour operator became a business travel agency (air tickets as IATA agent, tailor made tours, accommodation,meetings, seminars, congresses, special programs, transfers). In almost 12 years of running the agency the number of employees went down to 9 but on the other side yearly turnover multiplied by 9. In the year of 2004 I managed to sell the company to the owner of a bigger travel agency.
