Responsibilities:- Reconciliation of bank accounting accounts, such as time deposits, sight deposits, and securities.- Responsible for confirming balances to be reported to the Central Bank, regarding Compulsory Deposits.- Reconciliation of credit card accounting accounts, including partner payments and receipts, customer payments, and monitoring the regularization of adjustments requested on customer cards.- Monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.- Utilization of SAP FI System.

Responsibilities:- Accounting and reconciliation of accounts: bank accounts, transit accounts, credit operations reserve,Monthly closing,- Reports to the Central Bank: time deposit compulsories, sight deposit compulsories, additional compulsories, Circular 2132, foreign exchange exposure, credit guarantee fund,- Assistance in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports such as: Income and Financial Transactions Tax (IFT), Real Estate Tax (ITR), Annual Financial Information (IAN), Trial Balances,- Monitoring of regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN),- Use of the Sisbacen system, Autbank accounting system, Função loans system, CRK fixed income system.- Participation in projects for updates and improvements to accounting systems, performing testing and validation,- Update of the chart of accounts, including account setup and information updates,- Monitoring of legislation related to the banking and accounting sectors.
