In addition, we implemented a new annual planning process, and our team size doubled as we took over new areas of responsibility.Digital marketing and sales were widely strengthened and became a strategic focus area for the company. As a result, we witnessed rapid e-commerce growth in three consecutive years. In addition to my role as the Head of Marketing, I also established and led a Cross-Nordic Digital Offer, Loyalty, and Payment team. KEPA is funded by Finland’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs.Main duties and responsibilities: * Generating a background report on the state of civil society in the East African Community (EAC)* Arranging study circle for Tanzanian civil society organizations on regional trade agreements* Participating in assessment of aid effectiveness of Finnish development aid* Conducting interviews and making a desk research on Finnish development cooperation in Tanzania.
