Project management: Responsible for the overall coordination of support to the Project. Drive the implementation of the agreed activities as set out in the proposed and agreed and timeline by ensuring benefits, scope and priorities are agreed, gaps are flagged, and interdependencies identified. Manage overall scope, schedule, budget, communications, risks, issues, dependencies, governance processes including deliverable management, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, status reports. Manage different teams and consultants and overseeing their successful and timely delivery of their tasks, ensure quality and monitor progress.Monitor and track project progress. Apply project management procedures and best practices to HR initiatives. Recommend business system and process changes to improve and refine the capabilities of human resources systems. HR system evaluation or implementation updates throughout the project lifecycle. Defining the HR strategic direction and creating plans to achieve business objectives through employee feedback via surveys and interviews. Respond to human resources-related questions and complaints from teams and offer guidance on HR processes, programs, and policies. Assistance in creating a positive workplace culture.
