Here are some of my responsibilities listed: HR Advisory & Support- Acting as an HR advisor and the main point of contact for our employees & managers, addressing HR inquiries and providing guidance- Maintaining our HR Ticketing System and continuously improving our internal instructions based on the questions received- Onboarding & offboarding activities- Time and attendance administrationPayroll & Benefits Coordination- Overseeing payroll and benefits coordination across 11 locations, collaborating with external providers to ensure accuracy- Implementing new benefits offeringsProcess Improvement & Policy Implementation- Proactively identifying inefficiencies in processes and continuously improving and streamlining them- Documenting, maintaining, and implementing HR policies that align with company objectives and ensuring compliance with legal standardsData Management & Reporting- Admin user for our HRIS systems (HiBob, Deel & JustWorks) and ensuring data accuracy - HR documentation (employment contracts, employment certificates, work permits etc.)- Generating reports on people analytics (e.g. overtime, employee attrition)- CSRD reportingStrategic Projects & Initiatives- Leading and participating in key strategic initiatives, such as revamping our onboarding process, creating employee pages, and managing a global payroll project, which all contribute to the growth and scalability of the organization as well as employee experience.

My job as the HR & Recruitment Specialist consists of the following:HR:- Overall responsibility and continuous development of on- and offboarding.- Providing monthly reports and analysis of work time, flexible hour accumulation, and sick leaves. - I am the local contact person for time reporting and I train new employees to use the time reporting system and about our flexible working hour policy.- I support our Head of HR with different HR projects and activities (e.g. work community development plan, performance management activities etc.).- I am a member of our occupational safety and health committee, which purpose is to promote health and safety at work and oversee the status and development of working conditions as well as submit development proposals. Recruitment and employer branding:- Recruitment support and sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter.- Planning and management of our intern recruitment, where we hire close to 10 interns yearly. Conducting interviews together with our consultants.- Co-management of our student association team, which collaborates with different universities.- Planning and participating in different employer branding activities.In addition to the above, I am part of our internal CSR team and more specifically the teams focusing on diversity & inclusion as well as BearingPoint's broader societal impact. I also organize different events and parties as part of our FUN team.

As an HR coordinator, my tasks include recruitment support, employer branding activities, coordination of the internal local training program, managing phone leasing contracts, on- and offboarding practicalities, as well as participation in different HR-related projects. I am also a part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, organize different events, and act as a local contact regarding time reporting and expense reports. Responsible for DHL Express' in-house recruitments with the hiring managers. Coordinating approximately 20 recruitment processes at the same time. Recruiting for various different fields such as sales, finance, logistics, IT, and customer service.
