As Team Lead I have to monitor the Escalation Team members' work and help them with internal trainings or personal mentoring. Besides the Team Lead role I still have my role as Escalation engineer as well, so I maintain good relationship with my fellow engineers.Occasionally I also do onsite consultancy where I review portal installations, custom developed codes, do JVM tuning or help our customers use best practices to get as much performance from their portal installation as it's possible and give recommendations about the reviewed materials.Implemented several internal automations and integrations for the Support Department as side projects.Trained teams to:- Investigate performance issues (Java Thread Dump/Heap Dump analysis/Java memory usage)- Liferay DXP API basics usage to build sample applications.- Clustering DXP- Configure Webserver to work with DXP- SAML integration setupDeveloped internal application to automate daily tasks integrated with Google Spreadsheet / JIRA and proprietary applications.Developed multiple applications for complex environment building tasks, e.g.: WebServer-Database-LiferayDXP-LDAP-Mail server setups within few minutes with docker compose based templates.Technologies used on almost daily basis:- Webservers (Apache, Nginx)- Java- Docker- Database servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Oracle, MSSQL, DB2)- Tomcat- Application servers (Weblogic, Jboss/Wildfly, occasionaly Websphere)- Liferay module development (for internal usage and to support customers with Proof of Concept implementations)

I like to share my knowledge with fellow engineers as private discussion or in form of training.

As Software Engineer at Liferay Inc. my main tasks are to identify and resolve complex bugs within a short time with production ready quality. Give deep technical consultations to customers on hard to reproduce issues to help fellow engineers to get closer to resolve the issue with customer's help. As Technical Support Engineer I've fixed more than 200 complex bugs in Liferay Portal and gained deep knowlegde of technologies used by Liferay Portal. Main areas to contribute/work on: Staging, Sharding, Clustering, Documents and Media Management (including WebDAV), Integrations, Authenticaion, internal APIs. I like to share my knowledge with fellow engineers as private discussion or in form of training.

As Software Engineer/Senior JAVA Developer/Architect I had several roles and projects at Fundamenta. I always liked to work with other departments and besides my daily work tried to develop other applications that could help the daily work of the colleagues. Had to specify applications and implement specifications given by departments, estimate works on each project, handle user request, bug reports. During these years I get familiar with the JAVA language and several APIs used in generally in most of the projects.
