I am a founding partner at Constitution Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on small to mid-cap buyouts. My responsibilities include screening, evaluating, negotiating and monitoring private equity investments. I am a member of the Investment Committee. Including my past experience, I gained significant work experience in private equity and investment banking, developing an expertise in small to mid-cap buyouts. Prior to Constitution Capital, I was a member of the North American private equity team at Standard Life Investments Private Equity USA. Previously, I worked at Lehman Brothers. I began my career in the investment banking group at State Street Corporation where I primarily focused on private placements and M&A transactions. I earned my MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and my undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College where I completed a double major in Economics and Engineering Sciences. In addition, I am also a CFA charterholder.
