I handle the administrative aspects of interpretation projects, including researching pricing and sourcing for linguists and equipment, reviewing CVs to match linguists with client needs. Work closely with account managers to ensure projects align with client budgets and timelines. I allocate the necessary resources and equipment, communicate key details to linguists, and oversee the project's progress to ensure successful completion. Additionally, I troubleshoot any issues that arise and maintain thorough documentation of all project elements.

Worked in sales where I provided customised suggestions based on needs and dealt with legal contracts. Helped with scheduling, stock control and solving customer problems in a friendly and timely manner.

Helped the store manager with opening a brand new store. Responsible for running shifts, leading the team and making sure everything runs smoothly. As well as, making sure we have sufficient stock, preforming stock counts and helping the store to be in great condition as well as make sure that the customers are satisfied with service every single time.
