One stop Resource for the sales team of my distributors for making customers understand about the cutting edge technologies and the protocols involved.Reporting To: Director WD APACDuration: Jan 2014 – Till dateJob responsibilities: My role in the company is as follow:•Undertake Planning through analysis of Sales & Category Shares, Product Distribution & Availability for Key Account Customer by Brand, SKU, Region, Location & Channel on a regular basis.•Responsible for executing overall business plan, lead generation and meet Revenue Targets Coordinating with the support department of WD for timely execution. Compiling information on the competitors their respective market shares, as also their future plans.•Managing a sales team of 16 ( 11 CE . 3 Trainers , 1 MIS and 1 Service ) in order to drive sales.•Reviewing the entire inventory at 3 days level one before the weekend & one after the weekend •Planning category wise sales in the beginning of the month.

•Devising strategies to liquidate slow moving sku’s in each zones.

• Implementing schemes /promotions for channel partners• Value Addition’s in each of the program’s which leads to the expansion of the business.• 
• Deliver Volume, Value Business & Profitability against targets for the Account in coordination with the team.
