And I am the conduit between the brand and its consumers.Currently a Marketing Manager and CX lead for FWD Takaful, accountable for all marketing and customer propositions development activities to promote, protect, and differentiate FWD in the marketplace and generate business opportunities in Malaysia with the aspiration of changing the way people feel about Takaful.I also manage the strategy and design of the customer facing platforms by collecting, researching, investigating and evaluating user requirements in order to deliver an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design. I also help contribute towards overall channel in particular direct and Digital Marketing (Google, Web, Social Media)strategy.At my previous place, I used to conduct market research, as well as audience analysis and profiling for SMRG (988 & Suria FM) through the Radio Audience Measurement (RAM) as well as other Qualitative and Quantitative methodologies. I also do Digital Data Analytics including website, social media, as well as content and video performance tracking and analysis for both brands Suria FM and 988.Prior to that, I was in charge of conceptualizing, producing and analyzing digital content for all social platforms.I'm a music enthusiast, hence when i'm not on my paid employment duties, i usually spend my time expressing myself through music instruments or reminiscing eras through classics. I would say i posses a strong interpersonal skill. I'm very much open to learning new knowledge and i would say adaptability is my one of my prodigious skill. Well that's me in a gist.
