In my current capacity I am responsible for handling projects and After Market business in South and Eastern regions of India.I am also accountable for mappibg the spares and MRO quotations and ensuring timely submission of technically and commercially complete quotations. Effectively handling all activities for sales process from the point of enquiry to the point of delivery to customer. Succesfully completing the cycle from floating enquiries,analysing the quotations received till finalisation. I have been instrumental at mitigating the commercial/technical risks in customer purchase order / enquiry. Possessing strong knowledge of commercial terms and conditions. Actively working with close coordination with the associated companies Orbinox Spain to get their inputs on the products supplied by them directly to the Indian markets. Deftly interacting with Engineering,Quality and Planning and other related departments for technical/commercial adjudications. Significantly scrunatising the Annual Rate Contract for spares and ensured clean orders transmittal to the order management. Proficiently interacting with customers regarding order status,technical clarifications,quality aspects etc. as well as liaising with the Regional Sale Offices.
