• To conduct routine test on WEC 900kw and 2.5MW with Bachmann PLC and Mita Teknik PLC as per Power Wind GMBH certified testing protocol. Testing of PLC module such as MPC240, FM211, CM202, FS211/n etc. Inspection of power transformers, Distribution transformers, Battery chargers, surge arrestors, testing and commissioning of power and control panels.• Inspection of all the materials received at plant such as Gear box, mainframe, Main shaft, hub Body, Generators, Brake disc, Brake holder, Gear rim, Fasteners and Fabrication items as per quality standards and production plan. Inspection of all the lubricants received for assembly purpose such as Oil, grease, Mobil.• Handling of issues from suppliers & implementation of CAPA.

• To conduct routine test on WEC (Dual-fed induction Generators type) 2MW Hub & Nacelle as per G.L certified testing protocol. Testing of PLC module such as MPC240, FM211, NT255 CM202, FS211/n etc. Testing of Induction motors, servo motors & hydraulic system, Variable frequency drive (VFD), IGBT, Thyristors, Low and medium voltage Relays, contactors, semiconductor fuses. Testing of temperature sensors, proximity, FT anemometers, sensors, vibration and oscillation sensors, train gauge, pnoz relay, programmable monitoring relay, phase monitoring relay,PM 3000W, line choke, LSC, GSC, crowbar, ACB, precharge unit. Optical fiber & SCADA and Wind park management (WPM) communication test etc. Mechanical routine tests (Generator free run test & gear box free run test & generator & convertor water cooling leak test & generator to gerbox laser alignment )  Measurement of contact resistance and dynamic contact resistance of the breaker. Control cubicle functional test and troubleshooting using circuit diagrams.• Maintaining all WTG test reports and handling over to quality.• To attend meeting with production/PPC/SCM, submitting Plan Vs actual and loss time accountability every day.• To attend V.C. meeting with Site commissioning team.• Responsible for new developments including requirement analysis, selection of components, specifications, prototype development, testing activities etc.,• Raising Non confirmative when failure occurs.• To conduct training programs to technicians at regular intervals relevant to product, safety, basic testing during assly time etc.,• Changing the Electrical diagrams according to new Vander• Co-ordination with site engineers at the time of commissioning.• Leading a team of 15 members
