As a Territory Business Coordinator I am assisting the territory manager by handling 2 major dealerships that are having operations over 7 districts across south Kerala,India who is doing a volume of 20+ used vehicles every month. I do develop, monitor and control of action plans, coordination with financiers, budget preparations, motivate and train team members, etc. Coordinating the dealerships to attain the targets and develop new marketing strategies, Branding and Promotion of the Business through campaigns, advertisements and other activities. Two dealer sales managers and around 12 executives are reporting to me and I am reporting to the Regional Sales manager as well as the Area Manager TATA Motors.

I was taking care of the Manpower, infrastructure and Process of major passenger car dealers across Kerala (10 major dealers) and also coordinating for the trainings, process audits, grievance handlings, etc.

Lumanire marketing (projects and through dealers), Market research, leads generation, customer relation, strategy development, channel marketing, payment collection, new dealer appointment, etc
