• Involved in full Recruitment Life cycle process.• Experience to End to End life cycle of profile process.• Understands the client’s requirement very properly.• Identify prospective candidates through various channels such as Job portals, Professional networking portals, References.• After getting the good profile, discuss the Job opportunity with the prospectus candidates and ascertain if the candidate’s interest levels, and perform all other required fitment checks.• Share the profile with client’s recruitment team and take feedbacks.• Closely engaged with the client’s recruitment team to coordinate till closure.• Work with the candidate and the client through the offer process and ensure that the interests of both parties are met to the maximum extent.• Maintain candidate database and reports.
