As a Payroll personnel, assisted and relieved the Managers in all Payroll duties, to include:• Manage the Payroll Process for all employee related requests and procedural activities.• Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)• Operate software(FOCUS) applications in an efficient and productive manner.• Assessing requests for leaves, overtime, salary advance, loans & upload in Focus(Payroll software) accordingly.• Monitor and manage every change in employee status so that it gets included in the payroll.(appointments, leaves, deductions, disciplinary actions, termination etc.,)• Complete all formalities for resigned/ terminated staff like calculating their indemnity, leave balance, follow up on residency transfer etc., • Employee’s promotion / demotion / increments upload in the system• Calculating & Deducting the Social security for Kuwaiti nationals.• Produces and issues pay slips to all employees promptly and efficiently.• Works with HR colleagues and operational line managers to ensure smooth flow of information into the payroll process, entering all required changes into payroll system.(Eg: Joiners, Leavers, Transfers, Salary increases, Salary deductions for sickness or other unpaid periods of leave, Evaluates duty of resumptions etc)• Coordinating with Banks, Finance and Administration departments to ensure that salaries and annual bonuses of employees are correctly dispersed on time and supervising salary distribution.• Opening company labor account for newly joining employees.• Salary submission to Social Affairs.• Allocation & Comparison Salary Summaries for Management.• Internal & External auditor’s queries resolution• Maintain confidentiality of Payroll data• Employee’s queries resolution and support• Maintained good working relationships and opened lines of communication with all other companies under Al- Rashed Group Holding Co.
