Research Consultant
Current• Reach out to different industries and different seniority of candidates and clients.• Support and work alongside Consulting Manager, in gathering contacts and engaging with new talents from Middle to Senior level management positions on a daily basis. • Responsible for research work in reaching out to corporate talents covering key industries like Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automation, Construction and Property Development, Consumer Electronics, Heavy Industries, Healthcare, among others.• Manage job assignments together with Consulting Manager for successful placement.• Managing full life cycle recruitment process: Source, screen, assess, negotiate and close.• Manage, negotiate and liaise with clients regarding service agreement, fees, interview schedules and potential candidates. • Understand client’s requirement, their background/industry, what do they do, their work culture and environment. • Provide advice to clients on candidate's position title, expected salary, experiences, qualifications, strength and capabilities. • Provide career consultation to candidates according to their career aspirations.• Phone interview session with candidates to better understand their working experience and next career expectations. • Prepare CV and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates.• Interview arrangement for candidates as requested by the client.• Provide interview feedback to candidates.• Offering advice on salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.
