Assist with day-to-day activities in the zone territory, including reporting and monitoring service and sales team activities.Work closely with the zone retail branding and sales team to implement new model NPL lunch branding changeovers as per NHO guidelines.Plan and implement ATL and BTL activities such as promotional activities, print advertisements, events, and point-of-sale marketing.Manage and oversee branding activities for 420+ retail outlets (Mt, Gt) across zone territory, ensuring consistent in-shop and out-shop branding.Conduct training sessions for sales teams on new NPL branding changeovers.Collect survey reports for market visibility analysis and competitor brand assessment.Coordinate and plan ATL and BTL marketing activities and events, including new product launches and festival promotions.Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance to drive future strategies and campaigns.Preplan budget allocation and conduct ROI calculation analysis for projected-oriented work implementation.Conduct monthly sales team meetings to discuss branding material maintenance.Coordinate with market area sales to plan and open new exclusive stores.Enhance branding visibility in branch WODs by installing new MSB and torch point experience materials with the support of the sales team.Manage relationships with different vendors for in-shop and shop branding, negotiate prices, and ensure quality work processing.Ensure data accuracy and prepare expense data summaries in PPT format for review.Oversee vendor bill payout process.Handle warehouse material handling and inbound/outbound processes.Manage inventory for 420+ retail stores, including Vivo zone materials (Experience table) and company assets.Analyze customer feedback and surveys for continuous improvement.Conduct regular market visits to enhance branding visibility and strengthen retailer relationships.
