Plant Finance Manager
Current✪ Overseeing 9 production sites, including beverage plants, a plastic plant, a blown film plant, a CO2 plant, a baby food production facility, a family cereal plant, a corn flakes plant, and a noodles plant. Strategically analysing Plant Balance Sheet to identify risks, opportunities, and drive action plans.✪ Responsible for cost & management accounting, with a focus on production efficiency and cost management. Generating monthly financial reports and performing analysis. Managing company funds, administering payroll, and overseeing imports accounts payable (AP) book and operational functions.✪ Responsible for overall finance function, risk assessment & mitigation, Taxation, Audits, Treasury, maintain the hygiene and quality of the books of accounts✪ Implement framework for financial control across functions and business units. Identifying areas of cost reduction, implementing an effective plan for optimal operational efficiency✪ Financial and Business strategy of the company, with emphasis on bottom line performance, working capital - enhancing shareholder value, improve performance, accurate reporting of results✪ Managing Inventory Management and ageing analysis with Supply chain team, timely escalating risk, serving as an internal auditor for all warehouses and stores for 25+ locations.✪ Leading the implementation of an ERP system and providing training for the production and inventory modules.✪ Efficiently handling Bill of Materials (BOM) and recipes within an ERP system. Managing data entry for plant production and overseeing dispatch operations.✪ Conducting audit, verifying books of accounts to detect any possible fraud, evaluating internal control systems/procedures, preparing audit reports to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations✪ Developed Internal control system through risk assessment, control activities, process flow, control techniques and recommended areas of improvement for financials, operational and compliance
