• Providing country-level Inventory on the weekly interval to liquidate near-expiry stock For CPG Group.• Ensuring FEFO compliance on daily basis for CPG Group.• Responsible for local claims and Principal insurance claims.• Leaded Return’s team and was responsible for Credit Note Posting on Time.• Issuing Credit notes for both invoice returns as well as damaged and expired goods returns orders.• Keeping location-wise track of returned and posted goods.• Ensuring Posting and replenishment of good stock must be Batch-wise to ensure FIFO.• Looking For Put-away and tacking it replenished properly quantity and batch-wise in the same bin.• Timely Reporting to Sales Managers as to achieving the target and reducing unexpected/avoidable returns.• Ensuring all the returns activity must be on time and without errors.• Disposal of obsoleted, damaged, and expired goods.• Reverting to Audit, Finance, and Sales queries related to Returns, helping hand for the Quality assurance team in the Transactions in SAP.• Aware of all the functions/operations of the Warehouse like Inbound, Outbound, Delivery, picking, Quality, Invoicing, Finance, IT, Inter-Branch Transfer all transaction, and Logistic management.• Handling SAP WMS and expertise with WMS. Material Management System & Sales and distribution.

● Local deliveries, goods return, Delivery planning and arranging the vehicle for delivery.● Checking goods which supplied directly from P&G Production Unit and Central Warehouse ie KR LOGISTIC.● Handling 7 different division P&G, CPD, Commodity, Air-condition, Appliances, KLL, BELL.● Generating pick list and invoicing on SAP.● Responsible for Salable, damage & expired stock. (warehouse and market Returned).● Maintain warehouse inventory.● Material management with focusing damage and expiry goods to be written off.● Regularly checking stock of van sales team.● Rechecking of picked goods.● Keep track of company vehicle and its maintenance.● Keep track of every day loaded invoice received back with sign and stamp of credit customer. ● Insure proper loading and invoicing of picked goods.

● Inventory management, replenishment process, local deliveries, transporting management, branch attendance management, and check, leave process, salary disbursement.● Ensure process in place & working, bank deposits, transfers, withdrawals, A/R’s, coordinate admin-related work of the bank, maintain cordial relationships with bank, expenses & claim management.● Data Integration to the main site, publishing scorecards, branch MOLs, and All Data collation @ the branch level.● Online and Timeline reporting to respective Persons of the different departments, Maintenance of All IT instruments, synchronizing PDA orders and other data With the Main DATABASE, Maintenance of the O2 Database, And Main Database.● Leading iMac Checklist & GDA plans, Action Planning & Reviews.
