• Check all the Equipment’s and its auxiliaries as per the approved Vendor P&ID (Including: Rated Gasket & Flanges, Bolts/Studs, Temperature & Pressure Gauge, PSV, Vent, Drains, Flow Orifice etc.)
• Carried out Auditing by the respective Depts. competitive personnel
• Prepare Punch list & get execution from the contractor.
• Authorized PTW Holder, and arrange necessary work permits prior to startup of Equipment.
• Ensure hydrotesting, flushing, cleaning, blowing& nitrogen purging of the system
