Checking the final P&ID for any corrections and generate the detailed Bill of quantity.Taking over a project from the sales team to realization and execution.Analysing the Project contract in respect to design, equipment selection, time limit, man power and Project budget.Follow up on clients to comply with the agreed payment terms.Negotiating and purchasing of equipments from the suppliers primarily in Europe.Arrange site visits and suggest solutions for the problems arising from the site in the progress meetings with clients.Preparing project reports at time to time and submitting it to higher management.Supervising installation team to make sure, the works are done according to standards.Reporting and updating the project budget and percentage of completion in every month.Preparing the handing over documents upon completion of each project.
