1) Supplier performance monitoring in components of Hydraulic cylinders, Pneumatic Cylinders, Valves, and Instrumentation Fittings in Hydraulics.2) Conducts scheduled Training on implementation of Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS, OH&S MS) & carrying out Internal Quality Audits (IQA)& resolve Audit findings.3) Lead through hands-on application of Lean tools to reduce Process Variations, eliminate waste and execute high-impact process improvement projects.4) Develop cost control strategies - Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report status to top Management5) Driving the field visits as per the plan for factual feedback merits and de-merits & makes the comparison with competitor’s products for utilization of good practices.

1) Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Participate in Actions (CAPA) implementation based on root cause analysis. Monitor Effectiveness & Ensure the sustainment of CAPA.2) Lean Manufacturing Operations & Process Engineering. 3) Lean Quality Tools (FMEA, Pareto Charts, Fishbone Diagrams, Six Sigma 5S, 8D Methodology)4) Handling customer audits.5) Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)6) Process Development & Improvement7) Scrap Reduction & Output Increase8) Statistical Process Controls (SPC)9) Strong knowledge on Precision Instruments - CMM, Contour, Taylor Hobson, Gear roller tester & Roughness tester.10) Customer relation & problem solving.11) Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
