• Since Jan, 2021, I am a part of the Global Packaging Scrum and Centre of Excellence team delivering sustainable savings and value across categories such as cans, glass bottles, folding cartons, corrugates, labels (paper & plastic), crowns (caps), films (shrink & stretch), crates etc.• As an integral part of the Global Raw Materials Procurement scrum team in 2020, I delivered savings and value involving multiple strategic end to end sourcing projects, Cost in Use Benchmarking exercises, Business case development, Supply security management, Category strategy development & ways of working establishment• By designing an internal framework, mapped ABI’s complete agricultural supply chain to identify Agricultural Development opportunities, supply chain and contractual technical specification risks • Responsible for developing and executing the Supplier Qualification and Risk Management process across AB InBev• Developed the FMCG and Retail financial benchmarking reports providing a deep dive into the financial and market performance to analyze it in line with their strategy.• Performed a financial valuation and impact study on the sale of the malting segment of one of ABI’s top Malt suppliers• As the ‘Procurement Process Optimization’ champ, I streamlined processes and trained our 25-member team on optimizing procurement processes and developing standards• As the NA zone engagement expert, managed stakeholders, ensured efficient partnerships to identify opportunities and implement best practices to improve ways of working

These initiatives are developed to proactively develop enablers such as whitepapers, articles, advisories and reports supporting clients' procurement strategies. It also works towards reducing project turnaround times for reactive requests. I am also involved in mentoring other analysts and coordinating with them to ensure project completion in accordance with established budget, work plans, timelines and quality standards.
