I’m MBA graduated with several years experience in sales and marketing departments .I worked as for Multinational enterprise, Family owned Companies and start up. At present time I’m the Italian Branch Manager - Head of Account Development Team at Bossard, a multinational company leader in fastening and IoT solutions for manufacturing enterprises. In the recent past I covered the role of Sales director for a family owned company and previously a Sales and Marketing manager for a start up.At the beginning of my professional journey I worked in different positions in Sales and Marketing field.I have experience with leading changes in a complex organization. Since 2021 I’m involved on a reorganization project that involve several subsidiaries in different countries. Using a coaching approach I’ve been working for my team skills development and results achievements. I strongly believe that motivated human resources are crucial for the success of each company.
