Project: Solutions for Transformative Rural Enterprises & Empowerment (STREE) | Small, Growing Business and Employment (SGBE)- Implement agile management for STREE pilots through research for women entrepreneurs under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM).- Led the pilot on capacity building through Learning Management Solution (LMS) on record keeping and financial management for nano enterprises. - Supported the e-Financial Management Solution (eFMS) pilot on digital book-keeping solutions and pilot on developing Cluster Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for NRLM/SRLM.- Manage field operations for pilot execution and collaborate with research team in designing survey tools, data collection for research, providing training, overseeing data collection, cleaning, and analysis. - Train NRLM cadre on using LMS solutions for upskilling and act as facilitators with rural women entrepreneurs.- Create study report, questionnaires, training resources, concept notes, document practices on field and streamline related knowledge management materials from time to time.- Stakeholder management with NRLM, partner state SRLMs, District and Block team, research team, digital application service providers and technical design agency. - Authored a report on the LMS study titled – Capacity Building on-the-go: Insights from a digital learning initiative for rural women entrepreneurs.

Project: NEW LEAF (Livelihoods Enhancement for Artisans for Future) with HCL Foundation- Support HCL Foundation in implementing four artisan and food clusters at Gurgaon, Noida, Aligarh and Khurja to promote the livelihoods of more than 400 women entrepreneurs and artisans. - Facilitate the opening of the Common Facility Centre (CFC) in all the four clusters with commercial equipment’s and systems to support the cluster. - Liaised with designers, industry specialists and technical partners for up-skill of artisans and product development.- Contributed to designing and implementing the marketing strategy for the clusters with respective stakeholders and developed training plans accordingly

Project: National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP) Food Service Cluster - Assisted the team in drafting proposals, compiling resource materials, establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conceptualizing pilot for the foodservice clusters.- Strengthen the SRLM team through conducting capacity building sessions for technical experts, SRLM staff, and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to aid in the development of food service enterprises within clusters.- Provided technical support by preparing business plan, capacity building of entrepreneurs, and providing handholding support for running the enterprise.- Facilitated the establishment of foodservice enterprise in Government hospitals of Bihar and in Odisha. - Led and managed a national-level event, entrusted by the Ministry of Rural Development.

Project: Startup Village Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP) under National Rural Livelihood Mission.- Responsible for SVEP project rollout in Rajasthan and Haryana. - Facilitated effective mobilization strategy, selection process and capacity building of barefoot business consultants in enterprise development from the SHG network.- Anchored institution building by setting up of 4 Block Resource Centre’s- a one stop facility Centre for promoting entrepreneurship within the rural SHG women network.- Conducted community level meetings, organised trainings and identified entrepreneurship opportunities.- Institutionalized the system of technical skill trainings and handholding support for diversifying enterprise opportunities.- Anchored in establishing network with various Government and private skill training institutes for rural women entrepreneurs. - Supported market facilitation through setting up rural haats with the support of Community Institutions, Gram Panchayat and SRLM representatives.- Assisted in the establishment of craft-based enterprises on hand-stitched products from up-cycled fabrics and replicated them across SHG network.
