Part of Leadership team at PACCAR India as Director – Information Technology (IT), responsible for entire PACCAR India IT function. As Director IT has been driving the setup of PACCAR India Global Inhouse Centre (GIC) based out of Pune, India. I had been a key contributor & responsible for overall India GIC Build up including strategy formulation, Business case preparation, GIC conceptualization and finally making it operational successfully in record time. Ensured & executing facility and Network Build up, process setup, rebadging and hiring, alignment of key skills required with PACCAR Divisions globally and working on strategic alignment with Global ITD Organisation. Key responsibilities include working closely with IT Supplier & Division Leadership, Developing & reviewing performance KPI for IT Service providers, Providing right level of visibility to Global PACCAR Divisions, Ensuring smooth roll out of key projects covering cloud migrations, technical advancements & legacy modernizations, ensuring overall IT Infrastructure Management for PACCAR India, running operations for key enabling platforms for various divisions on legacy and modernised platforms and working closely with Global PACCAR IT Organisation to bring in synergies from India. Actively contributing to IoT, Data Science and key transformation projects being executed globally for PACCAR from India.
