- Coordinate and organize all community and internal events - Maintain relationships with community leaders, associations and physicians  - Retrieve and update Physician credentialing information as needed  - Plan Marketing strategies related to the facility  - Extensive knowledge of admissions process including but not limited to insurance verification, data entry, medical coding etc.  - Perform guided tours of facility for public - Supports the Director of Quality Experience to ensure all patients receive a quality experience  - Greet patients as admitted and notify them of guidelines  - Patient liaison- assist patient's with all complaints and or concerns  - Delegate all questions to the appropriate department head  - Knowledge of discharge process 

-Responsible for assisting Director in overseeing and management of department-Training of new employees -Data entry and student account management -Monthly reports formatting and management -Assists students with all financial aid questions, offer solutions for financial hardship-Maintains open communication with Students, via telephone calls, emails, and letter correspondence -Processes all necessary paper work and forms-Communicates with loan servicers, lenders, as well as other schools-Skip tracing

-Taking care of children’s physical and developmental needs (ages 6 weeks to 5 years old) -Implement age specific curriculum-Managing inventory-Data entry and filing
