Review and approve the High-Level Design provided by Avaya for integration of any new application and coordinate with them to implement the solution, and get it tested in SIT and UAT environments before rolling it out in production14. Work closely with service providers and vendors in escalations, projects and minor enhancements15. Manage epics and stories for the team on a quarterly basis16. Represent the Voice team in the incident, change and problem management meetings.17. Do Capacity and performance planning.18. Plan, raise and implement technical changes and write detailed change implementation and rollback plan.19. Work closely with the ING IT Risk team on identified issues and risks on Voice assets and mitigate them in atimely manner20. Creating OSG documents for all Avaya applications21. Coordinate with ING IT Security team to fulfil CISO30 requirements.22. Plan and implement Disaster Recovery tests for Avaya application with proper implementation and rollback plan.23. Coordinate with ING IT Security team for Nessus Scan and Pentest and remediate findings in coordination with Avaya. Show less
