•Over 15+ years of experience, which includes 5 years of experience in Qatar, in construction management and supervision, project execution, and quality control. •Extensive experience in deep sewerage, metro rail, tunnels (with TBM/EPBM, NATM, Micro tunneling and Cut-&-Cover methodologies), deep shafts, underground metro stations, large underground pumping station, inlet chambers, adits/cross passages, and precast manufacturing.• Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, contract requirements, safety & and quality practices for underground, surface, reinstatement and project closing out works.Roles & Responsibilities Compiles reports and summaries and sends them on a daily basis to the Quality Manager and Project Manager. Ensure all QA/QC Procedures, QC Plans and Work Instructions are implemented. Ensure fulfillment of all inspection & and test requirements at all stages as per the Contract requirements. I'm preparing documentation and compiling test packs for all jobs to meet client requirements and as specified. I am preparing the method statement & and inspection test plan as per the project specification. Monitoring and tracking day-to-day activities. Inspection for tunnel-related structure & and material. Prepare the site for audits. Conduct in-house assessment on the quality of works on structural/Arch/P&M/field Assisting project manager for site site-related work. Identified records to be maintained by respective site staff. Monitor & and maintain Equipment Calibration Records.
