 Compliance/Admin Functions Reviewed and monitored SCB Outsource agency’s internal procedures and practices to ensure that they remain in line with the bank’s and regulator’s requirements. Visiting different branches to ensure the adherence to compliance and also for routine checks.  Ensure all documentation with regards to Compliance/Personnel was filed and maintained in proper order.  Provided the bank’s sales staff with adequate training and advice to minimize identified risks. Carry out corrective action as required.  Reviewing the Service Level Agreements after discussing with the Manager.  Ensuring the staff is aware of compliance/CDD (Customer due diligence)/AML procedures.  Reporting to the line manager regarding the findings on monthly basis.  Finance Functions Preparing invoices for salary/overhead expenses etc to bank for reimbursement.  Maintaining records of the payments for rent/agency fees etc. Making sure if the payments and reimbursements are done as per the contracts.  TrainingTraining the staff on the following aspects Latest compliance procedures Importance of following AML procedures Importance of CDD (Customer due diligence, formerly known as Know your customer)
