I am responsible for overseeing Quality Control, specifically focusing on the management of Non-Conformance (NC) parts and their elimination. My duties include monitoring and documenting the NC register, adhering to the 8D methodology for resolution and closure. Additionally, I conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections. I ensure compliance with ASTM and ANST standards as per purchase order requirements. All NC parts are analyzed for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) creation. I lead the team and supervise all records, fostering a positive work environment.
