• Provide leadership at Factory integration and pre-production activities. • Ensure the availability of the technical pack.• Continuously look for autonomation options to de-skill the operation at pre-production stage. • Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layout and ensure machines available for production. • Ensure chassis base manufacturing. • Be proactive and take lead in cross functional and internal team project whistle frequently engaging in knowledge sharing / sharing of best practices to support continuous production flow and on-time delivery.
