Drive the EMC & VMware program for Raqmiyat in the UAE MarketDrive the sales Team & generate leads through themDeveloping excellent working relationship with VendorsParticipate in Industry events for keeping up to date with Technology & Networking with peoplePreparing Technical proposals for the technical solutions.Coordinating with back end technical teams for POC, Technical inputs etc.Identify the training requirements & ensure Raqmiyat is up to date with the certifications.Achievement of the Revenue Target for the EMC/VMware practiceLeading and managing all proposals, bids and other pre sales activities by taking full ownership of EMC leads Managing and creating responses to RFIs / RFPs - Ensuring that compelling proposals are written Interacting with clients to understand their business needs and designing best fit solutions, effort estimations and deal pricing which delivers business value to customers.Negotiations and deal closureDemonstrate and provide training to the sales team on Raqmiyat EMC/VMware solution offerings and support the sales group in positioning EMC/VMware solutions and services to customers and prospectsAccount management - Maintain relationship with existing customers to generate additional business and explore opportunities of future expansion into the account
