As the founder of Missing Matters, I have built a transformative initiative from scratch, addressing one of the most overlooked yet impactful societal challenges—lost and found management. My role has been a journey of innovation, resilience, and problem-solving, combining deep technological insights with a people-centric approach.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:Visionary Leadership: Conceived and developed the concept of Missing Matters to create a smart, AI-driven solution for lost and found items, blending cutting-edge technology with a user-friendly interface.End-to-End Product Development: Oversaw every aspect of the project lifecycle, from ideation to execution. Guided engineers, designers, and fabricators to create a visually striking and functional smart box, including features like image recognition, cloud integration, and interactive displays.Technology Integration: Worked with AI, IoT, and digital display technologies to create a seamless experience for users. Pioneered ad management systems for the boxes, adding a revenue-generating component to the model.Strategic Storytelling: Authored and directed impactful promotional videos, crafted process-explaining posters, and established two comprehensive websites to share the mission and vision of Missing Matters and PMatts Innovative Catalysts Federation.Patent Protection: Successfully initiated and managed the patent filing process to secure the intellectual property of the Missing Matters smart box design and technology.Market Outreach: Took the prototype to multiple locations for live demonstrations, garnering feedback and sparking public interest. I have Worked In home guard organization which is under police department Telangana state.My daily work is to update the regular content on the website of Hyderabad City Police. I have also had managed the pay bills of home guards which it will be in Excel sheets.
