 Logistical Management: Inbound-Outbound logistics support: Responsible for all on site aspects of the logistics, supply chain, and customer delivery operations. Daily planning of material deliveries/dispatches. In charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, safe receipt, minimum cost and to the right quality standards. Warehouse Management: Managing Vasai & Masjid bunder location’s warehouses. Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports. Inventory Management: Monitoring the book balances with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc. Daily stock maintain to all location, Stock updation of Fast moving item’s to sales team on weekly basis. Maintain re-order level of Fast moving items. Intimation to sales team on Non-moving items. Stock reconciliation of material is lying at vendor’s site. Process Mapping: Concerned not only with the physical operations, but with the design and control of the system utilized in conducting the various activities. Prepare SOP’s/flow charts for Incoming & outgoing transaction’s, Order cycle process.  Manpower Management: Maintain harmonious industrial relations within the warehouse & ensure workers active participation to achieve goals. Train and motivate the worker’s team to ensure optimum performance. Responsible for maintaining discipline and developing quality culture in the work areas. Reports - Generation and preparation of inventory reports for all location’s, Daily logistics report & Cash statement report into MS Excel.

Supply Chain Management ( Logistics, Commercial Operations & Stores Management ) Logistics Planning and Control: Managing logistics operations involving in National & International level. Managing entire Logistics operation with key focus on Orders servicing, safe, time bound delivery, cost effective distribution & Sales growth and profitability. Daily Planning & managing for all the daily outbound shipment’s & prepare all it's relevant documents. • Third party logistics (3PLs): Handling third party logistics (3PLs) operation. • Transport Management – Ensuring timely availability of trucks/ vehicle. Minimizing Truck Turn Around time.  Coordination - Coordination with Job worker in third party logistics, with operators regarding cutting/kitting of material, Booking with CHA for export shipment• Coordinate with Excise, Purchase, Service Tax / Sales Tax, Sales Departments for smooth Operation. • Stores / Warehouse Management - Receiving material from the supplier, arrange checking, counting & visual inspection of material, maintain stock record and to arrange to storage it. • Purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of consumable/non inventory all regular stores items.  Inventory Control: Ensuring physical stock taking on monthly basis. Monitoring the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc. Action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level approaches the maximum limit. Manpower Management - Deftly ensuring the safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials, safety of operators/workers on store premises. Maintain harmonious industrial relations within the warehouse & ensure workers active participation to achieve goals. Train and motivate the temporary worker’s team to ensure optimum performance. Conduct skill gap analysis and meet training needs and promote multi-skills on floor.
