 Develop processes to interact with and manage clients/partners(including DoD) at a national level. Research software products and applicability to organizational environment Work closely with a team of technical specialist and analyst to ensure continuity of service Provide technical assistance and advice to users as needed Recommend changes in software and hardware to improve system capabilities Assure continuity of the systems for all users Assist in implementing practices that will more effectively utilize resources

 Assist and communicate with nation-wide CVS locations at a high-rate volume efficiently Repair and/or troubleshoot equipment ranging from payment devices such as debit/credit card readers, Cash registers, Duplex printers, fax machines, Communication systems (i.e. Phone systems, paging systems), also including computers and servers (software and hardware) Monitor trends with nation-wide outages and events and act in a time sensitive manner Maintain administrative authority to further and personally assist everyone from District Managers and Pharmacy Supervisors all the way to clerk cashiers Initiate and track hardware deliveries to and from all locations nation-wide  Inform all levels of employees about updates to systems and how to operate them Knowledge of ticketing systems via HP Service Manager (Similar to BMC TrackIt) Front Store, Pharmacy, Inventory, Hardware, and Minute Clinic (EPIC) trained Knowledgeable of healthcare practices

 Manage employees, productivity, and pay (twelve employees)  Train new employees and re-train current ones to new work practices Handle all revenue Dictate sales by setting prices Keeping track of inventory

 Manage campus-wide equipment Communicate with and assist faculty/staff with classroom equipment Repair and/or troubleshoot campus-wide equipment including computers (software and hardware) Deliveries to and from various campus departments  Instruct students and/or faculty/staff about current technologies

 Troubleshoot computer problems Assist Students/Faculty with computer related issues  Manage Equipment in computer lab
