Hello Everybody,I have 3 years and 6 months of experience in my job role: customer service in the export department, and we prepare the Bill of Lading, which is a document of evidence for cargo shipment from one place of origin to another place of destination. We also coordinate and communicate with the front-line agency and customers on mail and calls. Maintaining a good relationship with the customer by providing service on a given date and managing the team to perform tasks as per the work location, we also follow country regulations and standing instructions while preparing the bill of lading. We prepare reports like the Daily Time Meeting, Error Report, Shipping Instructions Not Received Report, Performance and Task Report, and we gain knowledge about how shipping liner companies work and provide services. Hence, it was a great working experience with CMA CGM SSC PVT LTD (India).
