* Overall 15+ years of experience* Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and leadership skills* Managing the project(s) * Understand customer needs convert to scope document and get the approvals* Develop Project plan and work on timelines in co-ordination with the cross functional teams as per the scope* Address customer issues / needs effectively by documentation and approvals* Sprint planning, backlog management, discuss & plan daily activities in scrum* Interact closely with cross functional teams to assure the quality delivery* Design process workflow & UI based on customer needs * Risk assessments throughout the project & resolve any queries or roadblocks if any* Experience in Design Automation and CAD customization* Experience in NPD & EPD projects* Cross functional team management* Experience in handling team of up to 18 engineers & work in team & create a collaborative work environment* Experience in handling multiple projects from different BU’s and different divisions* Customer-oriented mindset and Problem-solving attitude* Ensure to execute projects on time with quality* Reporting project status to relevant stakeholders on regular basis* Understanding and adopting to new technologies and systems
