SeniorHangouts – a virtual learning centre of SeniorNet New Zealand. This project was conceptualised to mitigate the constraints of COVID-19 for a registered charity. My role was to develop the concept into a successful project delivery using sound principles of Business analysis, data architecture, test analysis and project management. This project was awarded the best community based program of the year 2022 – Tangata Tiriti by ACE Aotearoa.For the SeniorHangouts project, I utilised a range of technologies, including AWS, Google Cloud, ReactJS, Node.js, MongoDB, and Firebase for a scalable, secure virtual learning platform. I also used React Native for mobile app development, with OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication and SSL certificates for encryption.Managing 56 learning centres and over 80 volunteers involved tools like Jira, Trello, and Slack for project management, alongside Salesforce for CRM and resource allocation. I implemented business analysis, data architecture, and test analysis using Selenium for quality assurance.A tailored change management strategy onboarded volunteers and users, while continuous stakeholder engagement ensured successful project delivery, earning the ACE Aotearoa "Best Community-Based Program of the Year 2022.

Compliance of all safety & industrial standards, aim at zero incidents and smooth overall functioning. 7. Development and review of policies, processes and practices.Projects:1. Mini Solar Thermal Power Plant (MSTPP)A beam down, single parabolic dish of outer diameter 30m with tracking efficiency under 1mRad.2. Solar Tower Power Plant (SOLTOPP) A beam down 2MWe plant with natural circulation based molten salt as primary coolant, 270 10mx10m heliostats with tracking efficiency under 3mRad. 3. Harnessing Organic waste Products for Energy (HOPE)This is a unique waste-to-wealth environmental project which works on an anaerobic digester system integrated with a twin microgas turbine. The facility was created in an abattoir utilizing the waste and converting it to energy, hot water and class-A manure as a by-product. 4. Harnessing Ocean Potential for Energy (HOPE-2)A project to harness temperature difference of the ocean currents to generate power.

Leading a team of design and field engineers.Major responsibilities:1. Review and implementation of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). 2. Detailing and optimization of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)3. Development of technical documentation, technical reports and project feasibility reports. 4. Development of scope of the project, cost estimation, tender document based on technical reports, invitation to Request For Quote (RFQ), responding to RFQ, vendor evaluation, release of project contracts and project management. 5. Planning & coordination of multiple projects in parallel involving technical documentation, technical reports, vendor management and project management.

Design, analyses and detailing of mechanical engineering systems of renewable energy projects. Major responsibilities:1. Review of material of construction for multiple renewable energy projects in parallel. 2. Analyses of thermal hydraulic systems using CFD tools. 3. Field engineering involving installation and commissioning activities of multiple renewable energy projects at multiple sites spread across India. Projects:1. Rotary indexing mechanism involving over 2000 moving parts and high purity special grade stainless steel, with alignment accuracy within 0.3mm2. 4mm thick x 20 mm OD x 5 m long external pressure and high temperature enduring, made from high purity low carbon stainless steel thimbles. 3. Modelling, meshing, analyzing, post-processing of cross flow and sub-channel analysis of primary coolant circuit using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools. 4. Design, drafting, strength calculations of pressure vessels using ASME BPVC codes. 5. Design, detailing, technical documentations and feasibility study of prototype renewable energy system.
