    SeniorHangouts – a virtual learning centre of SeniorNet New Zealand. This project was conceptualised to mitigate the constraints of COVID-19 for a registered charity. My role was to develop the concept into a successful project delivery using sound principles of Business analysis, data architecture, test analysis and project management. This project was awarded the best community based program of the year 2022 – Tangata Tiriti by ACE Aotearoa.For the SeniorHangouts project, I utilised a range of technologies, including AWS, Google Cloud, ReactJS, Node.js, MongoDB, and Firebase for a scalable, secure virtual learning platform. I also used React Native for mobile app development, with OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication and SSL certificates for encryption.Managing 56 learning centres and over 80 volunteers involved tools like Jira, Trello, and Slack for project management, alongside Salesforce for CRM and resource allocation. I implemented business analysis, data architecture, and test analysis using Selenium for quality assurance.A tailored change management strategy onboarded volunteers and users, while continuous stakeholder engagement ensured successful project delivery, earning the ACE Aotearoa "Best Community-Based Program of the Year 2022.

Harnessing Ocean Potential for Energy (HOPE-2)A project to harness temperature difference of the ocean currents to generate power.
