Currently implementing a 10 TPD ring-die type pellet unit as a demonstration project at the project site. This facility has to be scaled up to 300 TPD of white coal, biomass pellet and torrefied biomass.

The company has been listed on NSE and BSE post acquisition by Nirma Group of Industries.• General Manager (Fuel Procurement) - Worked as FUEL HEAD Responsible for procurement of all types of solid fuels, liquid fuels, alternate fuels and gaseous fuels. Supervising the entire process for fuel procurement and logistics for all the five Integrated Cement Plants and the seven Grinding Units.  Develop contracts to fulfill spot requirements of Imported Solid Fuels (coal & pet-coke) by securing fuels of Indonesian, US, Russian, South African, Australian, and Mozambique origin from International miners and traders on CIF basis. Have actively sourced imported fuels from the ports like Kandla Port, Mundra Port, Gangavaram Port and Vizag Port.  To ensure supply of high grade washed Open Market Coal on FOR delivery basis. Liaison with SECL towards coal evacuation from the mines and coordination with Coal Handling Agent. Tracking coal programme submissions and allotment of rakes along with AMM contractor. Taking part in Coal Mine Bidding process and Coal Linkage bidding for non regulated sector and e-Auction of coal.  Supervising opening and discounting of ILC & FLC for fuel procurement, coordinating with banks for LC opening and LC discounting. Execution of Bank Guarantees as required by SECL/ECL/CCL for coal auctions and other tenders floated by CIL. Besides supporting the Finance Group for all fuel related queries of lenders. Co-ordination with CPO, CFO and MD for all fuel related matters of the Cement Product Line. Coordination with Cement Manufacturers Association, Coal Consumers Associations, Coal Controller (Ministry of Coal) and other Govt. and independent bodies for compliance and representation on all fuel related matters.

 Tendering, JV Agreement, and Contract Management for establishing strategic tie-ups with outside parties mainly government bodies. Coal Mine Auction conducted by Nominated Authority on behalf of CIL.  Supply Chain Management. Spot e-Auction and Special Forward e-Auction for Coal and Lignite. SHAKTI scheme conducted by Coal India Limited to auction long term coal linkages for power plants. Coal Linkage Auction for non-regulated sector. Imported Coal from International miners and traders on FOB basis, CIF basis and HSS basis.  Identification and relationship build-up with Government Organizations (mainly RSMML, CIL, GIDC and NMDC Limited) for tying up fuel requirements of the group SPVs, through e-auctions and Government Dispensation Route.

Bailadila Iron Ore Mining Complex

 Responsible for Production Operations goals including Production Planning, Scheduling of Operations, Resource Utilization and Blending.  Coordinating, Negotiating and Operating with the vendors such as M/s Metso Minerals and M/s McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd for the outsourced activities of slime beneficiation and slime disposal systems. In a close coordination with IR department, successfully introduced the concept of Hot Seat Changeover Allowance in Deposit 10 & 11-A and increased productivity of the Mining Complex. Involved in a study for testing of TM for final products so as to aid stockpile formation at Loading Plant. Coordinated with R&D team of NMDC, Hyderabad Office for twelve sampling point iron ore sample collection and preparations using coning and quartering at commercial level. Samples prepared were sent to in-house laboratory for further preparation of lab level samples and testing.

 Single handed In-charge for Production Operations in shifts, with optimum utilization of the shop-floor labour. Blending of Iron Ore belt streams through PLC control and Y-Chutes monitoring as per the need of Loading Plant. Controlling the wet stream including Spiral Classifier, Cyclones and Lamella Thickner, to achieve the desired results for ore recovery and process water reclamations. Lead a team of 35 workmen & over 75 contract labourers and motivated them to work as a team so as to achieve the production operation targets for production goals.
