Facilities & Biomedical Engineering; Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing all maintenance activities including corrective maintenance (CM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•Plan, Prioritize, assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for facilities and biomedical maintenance.•Establish schedules and methods for providing maintenance services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly. •Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies and procedures; participate in implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.•Participate in the preparation of administration of the facilities maintenance budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures; prepare cost estimate; submit justification for equipment; monitor budget expenditure. •Monitor and control supplies and equipment; order supplies and tools as necessary; prepare documents for equipment procurement; prepare specification and contracts for contract services.•Train and coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures and techniques.•Develop and organize preventive maintenance and safety inspection programs for all facilities and biomedical equipment.•Assists in the preparation of various contracts, requests for proposals, and reports.•Coordinate with contractors in providing contract services

•Responsible for organization of the duties regarding any Maintenance Requisition coming from the other Departments and suggest to the Facilities and Biomedical manager.•Supervise the technical team and arrange the daily schedule for the inspection, routine visit and intervention.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•Checking daily log sheets & logbooks for all trades.•Monitoring and analyzing PM reports, work orders and technician feedback to optimize effective and efficient PM procedures, planning and scheduling.•Coordinating between shifts and acting as the central point of contact for mechanical/electrical PM issues.•Ensuring PM activities are consistently and concisely documented.•Coordinates all facility mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance activities.•Planning and scheduling of mechanical and electrical PM’s, placing emphasis on organizing toxic area PM’s to ensure efficient utilization of entrant time.•If any breakdown occurs in emergency, taking remedial action by informing the site superintendent/Engineer.•Routine clerical and typing tasks such as letters, memo, reports and summaries.•Verifies the Information against reports and records.•Supporting of Technical team for inventory and other duties.•Classify data and type schedules and/or special reports.•Arrange filing, sort and analyze mail and reports.•Transmit information to the other departments.•Contact companies for Tenders, Maintenance and Appointment.•Follow up Maintenance Contracts: Coordinate and evaluate the work performed by the contractors. •Follow up the suppliers to get the service Manuals of the installed Equipment.•Verify stock of Spare Parts and advice for purchasing of Spare parts and Tools.•Helps in the preparation of the Budget’s department.•Monitoring Attendance.

To ensure that ongoing day to day maintenance as well as preventive maintenance required for all electrical equipment to carried out on ensuring their efficient performance and reliability in accordance with engineering procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•Read electrical, architectural and mechanical diagrams, drawing or specifications to determine job requirements & recorded daily meter reading for the daily consumption of electrical was use.•Plan the layout of wiring systems.•Test for, locate and repair electrical malfunctions.•Install electrical and electronic control systems and insulated cables.•Install electrical equipments such as storage heaters, water heaters, electrical signs, switchboards and motors.•Assemble and fabricate electrical and electronic components and appliances.•Connect electrical equipment to power supplies.•Connect switches, outlets and other fittings.•Connect circuit breakers•Maintain automated production processes.
