Roles & Responsibilities:• Proofread all relevant materials for text, graphic, layout, formatting and consistency errors in ccordance with brand styles and legal guidelines.• Ensure to review graphic request further annotate materials as necessary forms sent by customers.• Compare annotated materials against drafts/deliverables to ensure changes have been made without error and further annotate materials as necessary.• Ensure to review all project supported documents.• Ensure to proofread the artworks components: Cartons, Labels, Foils, Inserts, Face Panels, PI, ECL Booklets.• Ensure to check correctness of color separation in artworks.• Ensure to check correctness of measurements in artworks as per die line.• Ensure to proofread artworks for typographical errors and inconsistencies in artwork.• Ensure to check dosage statement, warning statement, storage conditions are used correctly in artwork.• Working closely with designers.• Communicate in a timely and effective manner to resolve questions and to ensure that errors are properly corrected.• Proactively participate in quality improvement activities.• Ensure to follow all brand guidelines.• Ensure to meet 100% quality.
