Ltd. is a System Intergator.My role is to Search/Fill/Prepare Tenders as per Company Eligibility.Send Mails to OEM's/Vendor for Quotation, MAF and Other documents, Followup for the same to ensure timely submission of Tenders.Follow up with Finance, CA and Purchase team for EMD, Costing and Certifications.Follow up with Clients for Payment, Work Completion, Installation Report etc.Attend Pre/Post Bid Meetings.Maintain all the data and Making details Summary and Reports.Ensure hard copy submission and Travel to outside Location if required for Bid Submission.Other Skills: I Have worked in Numerious Government Portals: e-procurement, e-tender, IOCL, HPCL, GAIL, All State portals, IREPS, Tender Wizard, Empanelment Tenders & GEM etc.Excellent knowledge in Preparation of Tenders & Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders Uploading/Submitting the Documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the ONLINE Platform Getting /Procuring Digital Certificates for ONLINE Tenders Participation. Attending the tender opening and pre-bid meeting when required Selecting Tender as per Company's Eligibility, Vendor Registration, Approvals, Renewal and Submitting documents for getting new registration as approved vendor Preparation and submission of different types Bank Guarantee’s like Bid security and performance Bank guarantees. Meticulously following for getting back the BGs & DDs. Preparation of EMD and Bank Guarantee Statement and Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement.
