Co-ordinate with team to pull or push the deliveries to meet the build plan & optimize inventory.Engage with commodity team for contract management.Review, Approve and Maintain SOX reports, AS9100 Rev D and other regulatory requirements.Conduct Lead time analysis and negotiate with suppliers to reduce Lead time.Co-ordinate with counterpart supply chain teams across the globe for best practices being followed and horizontally deploy in Actuation systems.Maintain Risk register, Skill Gap Matrix and ensure the business continuity in by risk mitigation and resource planning.Drive Supplier consolidation, implement 2 Bin System for the Hardware, Min/Max for Machined components to optimize the inventoryNPI Sourcing - Identify the potential suppliers, send RFQ, Obtain should costing from Engineering team, Negotiate the long term price to meet should costing, Release PO and follow-up for deliveries.
